We have tried to access Dentally just now as we have patients today but Dentally is down apparently. Don’t know how to better get to Dentally support. Someone from Dentally please help!

Keen to understand if and when it would be possible to log call data directly into a patients correspondence record without having to send it to the Dentally mailbox first which is what we have to do at present, or if this is being looked at or developed in the roadmap?We also produce documents that we have to dump then attach to patient records, if this could go straight in without a two step process this would be best. ThanksHarry

Apologies for going slightly off-topic, but I thought this would be a great place to ask other practice managers and owners what intranet platforms you’re using.I’ve developed an intranet for our team, but I’m having an issue that’s been bugging me—the ‘search contents’ function isn’t working as intended. This makes it difficult for our team to search keywords and find specific pages quickly, especially for FAQs. It’s become quite a frustration!I’d love to hear what platforms you’re all using for your practice intranets, especially if you’ve found one with a reliable search feature!Also, what tools are you using to keep your team connected for internal communication (Slack, Teams, etc.)?Any insights would be much appreciated. Is anyone signed up to Dentally Vision and the AI software. What is your experience with it?

Hi all, It seems that the rota diaries api endpoint does not have an option to only request diaries that have been updated recently. Right now i have to run a full load every time i want to make sure my rota diaries are up-to-date. Is there a different method required to get incremental updates for rota diaries, or is this not a possibility now?

Hi all, i'm trying to read treatment plans that were created between january 1 and january 4. Per the API documentation i call the endpoint like so:https://api.dentally.co/v1/treatment_plans?created_after=2024-01-01&created_before=2024-01-04 However, this returns all treatment plans. The first record returned has a created_at value of 2024-10-10 (today). No matter what dates i enter for created_after and created_before, it always gives me the same response. Am i doing something wrong here? Or is there a bug in the Dentally API?

Hello! We have been using dentally for 10 years and consequently patients have many appointments and payments/ invoices. It would be really helpful if there was a way of filtering e.g.In appointments tab being able to filter on WHO, WHAT & STATUS to enable a quick view of how many times a pt has DNA’d or Cancelled at the last minute; quickly view when pt’s last exam was. In accounts tab Invoices being able to filter on INVOICE, DATE, SUMMARY and Payments filters DATE, METHOD, PRACTITIONER. Also to have a date range shown option for both Payments and Invoices: last 3years; last 12months, last 6 months etc.Anyone else think that this would be useful?😊

Hi All,We have sent a Mass Marketing E-mail to our patients describing some of our new services. How long does it normally take for this process to complete seeing as we are contacting around 8000 patients.Many thanks, 

I am trying to encourage the dentists to be up to date with clearing out reports. I would like to create a task that pops up each week to remind them. I would envisage that once ticked as completed it disapears until the next week when pops up again…….I am struggling to set this up as when I complete it immediately pops up as a new task. Which is not as I intended. Any help appreciated.
