URGENT FIX REQUIRED Charting / treatment planning bug / error

We recently switched to Dentally and wondering why we can’t have multiple “416” codes?
I’ll click of 416 and it REQUIRES me to click a tooth for the treatment plan. Said tooth needs 3 x 416 codes and it won’t allow me to do it. Everytime I try to add the second 416 code, it deletes the first one. I have video proof of this happening. I also waited until the “saved” tab in the corner disappears after adding the first 416 code. The same thing happens with the 418 codes.

Please rectify this ASAP!!!
