On Exact, we used to be able to click create and estimate select all COTs and it would generate all estimates accordingly. On dentally not only do you need to do it per COT you have to make sure you've selected the correct estimate type (NHS / Private). Dentally doesn't clearly separate NHS and Private treatment. Having the option to limit / label a COT as private or NHS like what was possible on EXACT would be incredibly helpful. 

In SOE Exact, it had a timer that started when you clicked the pt in surgery so you could see how long you’d spent with them. This was a great feature, please can you add it to Dentally

Why is the save button at the bottom so i have to constantly scroll down to see it? The Save and Continue button is unreliable and i prefer to save this way, but the button was moved to make way for the Ai function which is useless to me. Its so annoying.

hi every time an xray is developed an automatic radiographic report appears in my notes, how do i stop this, i already have my own report 

I write notes using a dental note taking tool then copy and paste them into Dentally. Now I get a space between each line of my notes which I cannot remove. This did not occur with EXACT.Please can you help fix this? 

I'd like to provide feedback on your DIrect Messages feature. The windows to see the list of contacts is too small, and there is no appropriate signs as to which conversation has been read or not. Perhaps this features requires some reworking, as it is specially frustrating on large practices with dozens of staff texting. In fact, you cannot even read their full names if too long. Please fix this as this is a huge quality of lifeimprovement for a very good platform.

Hi there, We would like an option as part of the medical history flow, where we could duplicate and update a previous medical history. Patients will frequently have a minor update needed to their medical history. It would save time if we could duplicate the last medical history and then edit, with any recent updates. Rather than having to complete the entire history each time. Thanks,Tom

I would like to request a full day daysheet with the appointment space included to be able to make notes regarding patients in the appointment space. 

SOE Exact always adapted the code automatically when charting to avoid mistakes - this will suck up a lot of time 

Could you add a feature that turned the banner at the top of the page to the same colour as they’re payment plan? Would make it much clearer if the patient was NHS, Pvt or Denplan at a glance. 

Hello, charting a watch and then restoring in the future why does the watch sit ontop of my new restoration i am not watching anymore.why does the watch not go behind my restoration??i dont believe in deleting the watch because that alters the records and then there is no history that i was watching this on the chartplease make the watch go behind my restoration

Hi, I have charted watch on a tooth, it comes up on the chart, then when I do treatment over the area the watch was charted why is the watch still there over the treatment? Treatment should overlay the watch to show i am not watching this anymore. Why is this not the case? How can i change this?

Are there any plans to add the UDA tracker as is in EXACT to dentally ?- much needed 

Hi I had AI notes button on my Dentally log in previously. I disabled it cos I did not have a microphone back then. I now have a new microphone, Could you reintroduce the AI note button on the case note page please? Many thanks 

Hi there, Hopefully in this platform we will be more lucky.For over two years now we have requested to your support team via chat if there is anyway to develop a feature able to run a report that identifies missing dental notes after a visit has been charted and the patient attended, but no notes have been recorded.This is a common feature in other dental softwares but not in Dentally. Sadly today we learned that none of that feedback and requests was passed to your your product team. All fingers crossed throughout this channel to be listen at! 

Hi, I had several practitioners ask if we can change certain NHS treatment categories. One example is for the code 716 Denture Reline. it is classed as Other treatment. Would that have an impact on the claims being sent if we change it? I was under the impression that NHS codes are automatically updated by Dentally as per NHS guidance. My change would be done for several sites so I wanted to ask for a second opinion.  

Hi ,could I suggest a new feature regarding copy and paste previous notes from 3 or 6 months, when patient have had  attended an appt for dental check up or hygienist visit.At the moment it takes time to highlight everything and paste it .I think lots of clinicians would benefit from it. Many thanks and kind regards,Ewelina Bach

We should be able to direct share patient photos with the patient by the portal and email without having to export them to the desktop. 

Please change 'LINK APPOINTMENTS' default to OFF.  As a new user from Exact if the link is defaulted to on sending through/making appointments becomes very confusing.

I am very happy with the addition of the new Orthodontic Assessment tab within the patient chart.  To further refine Dentally’s orthodontic functionality and better reflect the differences between general dental and orthodontic workflows, I would like to propose the following features under the ortho tab on the patient chart.  1. Modifiable Orthodontic Assessment The new assessment layout is a great start but appears tailored toward a UK-style orthodontic examination. I would appreciate the ability to customise this tab, similar to how custom fields in treatments can be configured. If the existing tab is required for automated UK claims submission, perhaps a separate custom orthodontic assessment option could be introduced for other users. 2. Very appreciative to have Dentally integrating voice-to-text AI notetaking. I believe this is in Beta testing mode - my apologies if it has not been rolled out to everybody yet. However, it was noted during the training session that Dentally’s AI note-taking abilities do NOT include ambient listening during the appointment.This means that the clinician is still required to dedicate time to both creating templates for Dentally AI to work with, and also to input content for each appointment albeit using dictation. Overall, this saves minimal time for the clinician. Does Dentally intend to provide an ambient listening capability? Or do you have suggestions of how to incorporate software such as Heidi into the Dentally interface?

Hi we suddenly unable to use dentally.The system started to disconnect itself from the x ray bridging on Monday. Then it lost its connection by the end of Tuesday. We have no problem going on google browser. We have tried using the advice on advice message. Can you dial in and check the system please?

please could we have the feature back where, when hovering over a tooth or tooth space that brings up the history - this already happens, but on SOE you could then click on this item like a filling or XLA and it would bring up that entry from the clinical notes so you could see what was written then without having to scroll back through the notes
