Hey Dentally Community! From finding patients to setting up new users, when it comes to getting started with Dentally, there’s a lot to consider. So we’ve pulled together these hot topics into a single handy article! Here are our tips and tricks for using Dentally. I need to find a patient’s record, how do I search for them in Dentally? Looking to find a patient's record quickly? Remember these pointers! Use the toolbar at the top of the page – it's visible no matter what part of Dentally you’re in! As you start typing, suggestions will appear in a dropdown below the toolbar. You can use a lot of different info to find a patient, not just their name – try their mobile number, email address or date of birth. 💡 Top tip: You can also quickly navigate to a patient you viewed recently - click the ‘Recently Viewed Patients’ icon (the two heads 👥) in the left-hand toolbar. If you need to create a new patient, it’s easy! From anywhere in Dentally, click the ‘+ 👤’ icon in the left-ha
