Why can’t you send a bulk communication to the list of patients that come from the lapsed patient, unbooked treatment and other reports? Also, I’ve tried to recreate these reports in “Patients” but can’t filter them correctly to get the same list of patients if that makes sense.

We would expect you to be able to recreate the data using appropriate filters in the 'Patients' report - if you're not seeing that, we'd suggest reaching out to the support team so they can look at your data.

However I can see that being able to action communications from within the respective reports, rather than having to recreate in the 'Patients' report, would be more logical and a smoother experience. This is something our product team are already aware of. I have passed on your feedback as a feature request, thanks for sharing!
