Addition of other items for the root status should be added, such as Apical abscess/infection (PA lesion), and root fracture (VRF). Variations on location of cracks that are more distinct and unique, including options for location i.e. buccal crack lingual crack mesial or distal. Following that thought process having UI that indicates fractures of restorations or parts of teeth. A specific icon/UI change for unsatisfactory restorations or restorations with secondary caries. Even variations to RCT such as overfill or underfill or unsatisfactory. Preferably all three. I believe these items will help ensure a comprehensive picture of a patients current dental status.
Hi is there a plan to have a consent tab at all? To make it easier for patients to sign
HelloJust wondering if is there currently a way to view patient images (e.g. XRays on dentally) and type clinical notes at the same time in Dentally? At the moment, I find myself switching back and forth between the notes section and the image viewer on dentally to cross-reference findings and confirm what I’m writing. It is a bit cumbersome, especially during XRay/OPT interpretation or when reviewing multiple images.Would it be possible to introduce a floating or resizable image window that stays visible while typing notes? I think this would be a really helpful feature for many of us in practice. Keen to hear if others have found a workaround or if this is something already on the roadmap.Thanks.
Hi, Is it possible to remove a watch from charting if it was put on as a treatment and completed rather than put on as a base chart item. I’ve just tried to remove a watch by clicking on TP in the history search, but the item is locked.
Hi, Is there any way to see a log of changes that have been made to a specific appointment, eg if the appointment has been moved last minute (but not cancelled) or if the time of the appointment has been lengthened. On SOE there was a function where all the changes to a specific appointment were logged. It is very helpful when there is a patient who is a constantly cancelling or changing appointments last minute as it provides evidence. Many thanksMarian, Bupa Windsor
Hi The charting function has changed recently for retained roots. Restorations previously charted have disappeared from the chart and it is not possible to chart a new filling. The only way I have found to chart a restoration is to remove the retained root status. Can this be fixed, please?
Would it be possible to have the “template notes” button in the text boxes when creating an estimate? (body, footer, payment terms) this would allow addition of treatment specific consent information text to be added to estimates with a few shortcut keystrokes. Would massively streamline getting relevant consent from a signed estimate.

‘watch’ has disappeared from my hoverboard and also from the list of treatments - cannot find where it is to add to charts now - help please!!
So when I’m bulk editing patients to cancel days and such, I get a preview of the message being sent when its via SMS or Email but not when its by letter. Am I doing something wrong or can this feature be added? The system is cancelling the wrong appointments sometimes 😱
I have a suggestion for the search function under the history tab in a patient’s file/treatment:Is it possible for the word or tooth number being searched for to become highlighted As if the notes for an appointment are quite long it can be more bothersome to try and find what I’m searching for.
Hi, can you come up with a way to rotate photos/ rads on the images section. thank you
