hi every time an xray is developed an automatic radiographic report appears in my notes, how do i stop this, i already have my own report

Just to check first, are you seeing a Dentally AI-generated radiographic note appear automatically when the X-ray is developed?
If so, that usually comes from Clinical AI Notes being enabled for the practice. You can switch that off in:
Settings → Practice → AI Notes → Switch off AI Notes
(You’ll need Level 4 permissions to change it.)
If it’s not an AI note and looks more like a template being inserted, it may instead be coming from a clinical note template or imaging integration, so let me know what the note looks like and we can narrow it down.
