Hey there!

Unfortunately,  I believe it’s not currently possible to increase the number of boxes in the hover chart beyond the default layout (2x5). I’ll make sure to share this with our Product team so they’re aware.

What you can do, however, is customise the icons and colours used for different conditions. For example, you can create a red “A” for abscess, a red “I” for infection, a red “S” for sinus, a red “#” for fracture, and change the watch symbol “W” to a red “W.”

Here’s how:

1. Go to Settings > Treatments & Plans

• Find the specific treatment you want to represent with a custom icon/letter.

2. Edit the Treatment Icon

• In the treatment’s settings, head to the Icon tab.

• Select the region Tooth and then Text as the icon type and enter the desired letter or symbol (e.g., “A” for abscess).

3. Choose the Color and Region

• Pick a red shade to color the text.

4. Save your changes.

After saving, the chart will display these custom red icons whenever you apply that treatment code. While this doesn’t allow more boxes in the hover chart, it does let you visually differentiate more conditions using colours and letters.

Hope that helps!

Our drifted right + drifted left arrows face the wrong direction on the chart

Hi,

Kev here from the Product team. Are you using the Drifted options from the’Socket selection’ menu? These standardised treatments are available under the Diagnosis section available when clicking the blue area around the teeth on the chart. They’re labelled Drifted ‘Mesially’ and ‘Distally’ and should display the correct way which ever side of them mouth they are charted. I would advise using these options over any that have been configured in the general list of treatments.
