Very appreciative to have Dentally integrating voice-to-text AI notetaking. I believe this is in Beta testing mode - my apologies if it has not been rolled out to everybody yet.
However, it was noted during the training session that Dentally’s AI note-taking abilities do NOT include ambient listening during the appointment.
This means that the clinician is still required to dedicate time to both creating templates for Dentally AI to work with, and also to input content for each appointment albeit using dictation. Overall, this saves minimal time for the clinician.
Does Dentally intend to provide an ambient listening capability? Or do you have suggestions of how to incorporate software such as Heidi into the Dentally interface?
