Hi All

We are using the chat feature on dentlally and it is great, especially when chatting between clinics. Wondering if anyone knows if the below is possoible, or if support have it in pipeline for rollout.

Group chat.

We have 8 reception staff, and if I need to bubble them for anything, I have to copy and paste it into each seperate chat. Would be great if able to create groups  (REC) (supervisors) etc..   so that group chats would be possible.

Delete chat.

I have in error once / twice send a chat to the wrong person  (dentist  and admin with same first name) and jsut select wrong name. Is it posisble to delete a chat (even if only by manager?)

Regards

Eamonn

I’ve suggested this several times ages ago, unfortunately they dont prioritise issues which are relatively small and frustrating but have big impact on practices and instead I can see they are spending more time and money developing things which are not a priority like Ai notes where they can make more money and higher subscription fees.  😡

Hi @EamonnOMeachair - thanks for your feedback! As @BCDC2023 noted above, there is a thread open with lots of similar feedback already, it would be great if you could add your voice to the discussion there so all feedback is collated in one place:

We totally understand this is causing some frustration and I want to assure you both that the product team are aware of the request, but the more insight you can provide in the above thread, the better. Thank you for your patience 🙏
