Hi,

Is there a way on the appointment card pop up when creating a new appointment for the duration to match what we have set, eg an exam is 20 mins but the card defaults to 5 mins. This is causing a lot of booking errors when team members forget to extend it to the correct time.

Thanks @Amy Minch for your feedback - I can see you’ve seen the reply from Andrew from the product team in this thread, but just to confirm here as well, this is in active development so keep an eye out for more information about release this year!
