Hi everyone! We’ve got some exciting news to share, based on your feedback! We have made big improvements to how clinical notes are managed, ensuring they are never missed, lost, or overwritten, even when multiple team members are working on the same treatment plan.

Here’s what’s changed:

Automatic Merging of Updates: If multiple users are editing different parts of a treatment item at the same time (like pricing and notes), Dentally will now automatically merge all updates and notify you when the treatment is refreshed. 

Conflict Alerts: If two users are editing the same part of a treatment item (like clinical notes), Dentally will alert you and prevent accidental overwrites, so no important details are lost.
