Sending email reminders where a patient is booked in with a dentist other than their usual [patient_dentist].
Doesn’t populate for me.

[appointment_practitioner_name] and [appointment_practitioner_name_formal] pull from the practitioner attached to the specific appointment, whereas [patient_dentist] pulls from the patient’s usual assigned dentist on their record.
If those appointment-level tags aren’t populating, it could be because of the type of template being used. Are you using these in an appointment reminder template, or in a different type of email campaign?
Appointment-level tags will only populate when the communication is directly linked to an appointment. If it’s not appointment-triggered, the system won’t have that context to pull from.
