Online booking set up another practitioner option

Hi 

I tried to add another new “dentist “ option for the online booking. the new dentist option is still “setting up loading.” It looks like there is an error in loading. Can you have a look please?

Hi ​@Pauline, thanks for raising this. It sounds like something that might need someone from the team to see what you’re seeing, so we can provide the appropriate help. I’d suggest starting a support chat within Dentally to speak to someone from our team.

You can start a support chat by clicking the life ring icon 🛟 in the bottom left corner of Dentally, and then clicking ‘Contact Support’. It could be a bug, but they will be able to look into it for you and see what’s happening.
