cannot delete clinical notes now since  last Thursday changes. Is any one else having this error even with level 4 permissions

    Thanks ​@sandraandrews for your feedback - we are aware that some practices are encountering this issue, and it is being actively investigated. In the meantime I would suggest starting a support chat so they can double check your setup, and can keep you updated about this bug.
