Booking service-specific automatic appointment confirmations – urgently needed.

This is very similar to feedback we already have around automatic appointment confirmations, particularly for appointments manually added in the diary (i.e. an immediate “your appointment has been booked” message, not a reminder).
I’ll collate this with the existing request 😊 so it’s all grouped in one place and visible to the product team. I appreciate the urgency here, having a service-specific, instant confirmation would definitely improve the patient experience at reception.
No timelines to share for now, but the feedback is noted and already on the team’s radar. Thanks for flagging it again!
