A way to bring up unbooked treatment where a future appointment is unbooked and the appointment is not marked as “do not book” is simply not available
Can this be fixed. It seems to be a fairly straightforward fix that is simple on all other PMSs but not on Debntally

Thanks for your question, I can confirm with you that this is on our radar 😊
We’re scoping quality-of-life updates to the Unbooked Appointments view, including an inline status picker on each row so you can quickly view/update booking status (and we’re exploring better filters and multi-select actions). I don’t have dates yet, but I’ve added your feedback to the ticket, looped in the product manager, and I’ll keep this thread updated.

But for the short term, I’m sure it’s not a difficult code to create a filter for “un-booked treatment, IF no future appointment AND appointment(s) not marked as do not book”
And all the sparkly extras can be delivered at a later date
