Dentally needs to have a simple tracking system from the unbooked treatment of how many times the patient was contacted, how they were contacted, etc. 

I’d highly suggest, they do research into Max Assist https://maxassist.com/

Before moving to Ireland from Canada, I used this software, and it was fantastic in tracking everything from Recare to Treatment planning, KPIs etc. At a glance, I could see how many times I contacted the patient to book their pending tx, how many times I contacted a patient to book their recare, etc. 

 

Hi Drea, thanks for bringing this to our attention! I can definitely see how being able to keep track of this would make things easier.

I believe it’s already on the team’s radar, but will raise it as a feature request for the product team to review.
