Why cant we run taking report for full month now, why dentally is taking usefull working features away!!

We haven’t removed the Takings report. It still works for any date range, but sometimes very large windows can time out in the browser. You can try running Takings in smaller chunks (week or half-month), then hit Export to CSV and combine, it’s quicker and avoids browser timeouts.
If a single week still times out, or it still doesn’t work after a while, please reach out to our Support team so they can run a few more checks and help you out.
I have been using this report every month, since we moved to Dentally and i always run it for a month but now its not showing me transactions. We need the monthly report for accounts as well if we cant use it to get a full month breakdown in one run, its useless to me.
Please run the report for a full month on your end before any conclusion, and i am not getting any clear answer from support as well.

I’ve spoken with our Support team and they’re looking into this now, including trying a full-month Takings run on our side to see what’s going on and whether there’s anything we can adjust.
