the tablets are not pairing up despite following instruction

looks like there is an issue with linking, it happened twice this week

We were aware of an issue affecting the Concierge app, but we believe this has now been fully resolved. If any issues persist, reach out to the support team and they'll help to troubleshoot

We’ve been experiencing on and off problems with pairing requests automatically appearing  Since last week and even today.  Any issues?

The pairing issues we saw previously have now been resolved, and we haven’t had any similar reports come through since November. The best next step would be to reach out to our support team via chat so they can take a closer look at your specific account.
