STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT - Template?

In Dentally, the Statement of Account is a system-generated document and the layout can’t currently be customised. This means there isn’t a way to add your practice bank account details directly onto the statement.

Bank details aren’t pulled in from practice settings or custom fields for Statements of Account.

If you need patients to see your bank details, most practices use workarounds such as:
    •    Including them in invoice or email templates sent alongside the statement
    •    Adding bank details to separate PDFs or practice-branded documents

If having bank details shown on Statements of Account would be useful for your workflow, I’m happy to pass this on as feedback to the product team. 😊
