We have an issue with short notice cancellations being offered to patients after the appointment has been booked and unavailable.

Hi ​@Adi,

I’ve spoken with the product team and this isn’t expected behaviour, so it does sound like something that needs investigating further. The best next step would be to contact our support team so they can look into the specific instance and gather any logs needed. I’ve also flagged it to our product manager for awareness! 😊

My colleague has been contacting you since last night and is awaiting a response. We have had numerous complaints over the last 12 hours about this, No one has yet contacted her to rectify.

I’ve checked on this and it’s already been escalated internally and passed over to development to investigate properly. This definitely isn’t expected behaviour, and given the impact you’ve mentioned, it’s being taken seriously.

Sorry again for the disruption, I’ll keep an eye on it from our side too.
