FDS referrals are deleted after the minium 11 years, but indefinite retention of records is desirable for patients with ongoing care ...it would be useful to automatically import them into Dentally as correspondence so we can control storage of our own records.

Better still would be an API interface between FDS and Dentally so that New patients that are referred to us as a provider of e.g. minor oral Surgery can have patients set up straight away from FDS rather than manually creating the patients.
