Would anyone know how to get the PRSI report for practioners. I have gone into reports and used all filters but the report keeps coming up blank. I need it to cross reference list of patients who were charged PRSI.

To view PRSI claims by practitioner with the PRSI Claims Report, you want to make sure that:
• PRSI claims have actually been raised in the system (the report shows only submitted claims).
• You’re using a broad enough date range and including all relevant statuses like ‘Raised’, ‘Settled’, etc.
• You’re filtering by the correct practitioner or leaving that filter empty to see all.
If the report is still blank after checking these, it might be that no PRSI claims have been submitted yet in Dentally. Here’s a Help Centre article that might help: The PRSI Claims Report
