This would be really helpful, especially as with our NHS patients there is a cut off after so many years.

Dentally offered me the ability after we transferred a few years ago from R4, for their back end developers to mass archive patients who met a similar criteria that you mention. We have over 45k patients over 26 years, and Im sure we could clean out over half of them if we wanted.
I agree though it would be useful to have this feature to mass archive ourselves but as an interim, ask Denrally to do it in the back end according to a set criteria.
