Hi,

Two questions as not sure if I’m missing something,

Is it possible to be able to export a patients appointment history?

Also is it possible to export a patients clinical notes that includes the chart itself?

I often find that taking a windows screenshot is useful

if you need to send proof to a patient. I don’t believe you can export the dates or the chart with notes.

This is what I have had to do.

Just a shame that there is a lot you can’t seem to out of the system. Some feature recommendations I think I need to make :)

I agree that would be useful, together with proper time stamps wherever we see dates in the system.

The appointment screen has now been updated, Which most of it I am actually happy with the change.

This however makes it harder to export the appointment history in a screenshot.

Currently running an audit and this is making it way more difficult than this easy task should be.
