Can Dentally please consider installing a ‘Panic Button’ feature?
Other PMS systems including SOE have this and is great if you need to alert all members of staff quickly and without delay.
It is useful for any security incidents at reception / clinical areas and also for medical emergencies. It will alert the entire team immediately.
Please consider this as it would benefit most, if not all practices.
