Hi

Pls clarify what you mean by correct no. Of episodes are sent to compass.  Where are you based?

Hi @BCDC2023 ,

We are based in England, when sedation is provided multiple times within a single Course of Treatment, Compass is currently recording it as a single sedation episode rather than capturing each individual instance. This means that claims involving multiple sedation visits are not being accurately reflected.

@Ali Afzal According to guidance we’ve received from the NHS, sedation services is a single item only treatment. That means it can't be sent with a quantity value, no matter how many times you chart it. If this is contrary to what you're expecting, or if you’re concerned about it, we advise speaking to the NHS directly to seek clarification.
