Is there a way to forward all NHS 111 referrals to dentally mail? So, we can pick up 111 referrals straight away rather than toggling between windows.

The question needs more clarification.  “NHS 111 referrals” to Dentally mail?

Basically, all NHS 111 referrals come through NHS mail. If they can be set up to be visible in Dentally rather than opening a separate window every day.

@Brijesh thanks for replying, I have deleted the reply I just posted as I sent it at the exact same minute you replied!

I have spoken to the product team, and this is a feature request that’s already on their radar - I will add your feedback!

In the meantime, this isn’t something we’d be able to provide on our side - you could speak to the NHS directly about whether they have any existing compliant workarounds for redirecting NHS mail to your Dentally email address.

@Brijesh Worth keeping in mind compliance with GDPR - because whilst yes you can setup a forwarding rule in your nhs.net email account to forward all mails with a certain email subject to your generic practice@dentallymail.co.uk address, you pushing a secure email with patient data into an unsecure environment (to the extent that dentallymail is not the same as nhs.net might be in breach of your NHS 111 contract.  Best to take a look.

 

We have an iMOS contract so in a similar position although we use Dental Referrals  / FDS.  Just a thought.
