It would be great if missed appointments changed colour rather than the little x, it would make missed appointments easier to see in the diary, helping the reception team distinguish them from attended appointments

Nice suggestion, in line with my other suggestions of colour code heat maps throughout Dentally in the appointment screen, correspondence etc.
