When we have an email sent to us and it is not through Dentally, we have to obviously log it in a patient’s notes, correspondence etc. It would be good if a ‘log and email’ toggle could be selected as well as ‘log a call’ in correspondence

Some kind of intehration with office or gmail would be a good idea.
I know there are lots of caveats to it but something perhaps for Dentally to look at as most practices have emails outside of Dentally.

100% agree! Every practice will having a ‘patient facing” email
You end up juggling comms in and outside of dentally and don’t have a single ‘source of truth’ without manually effort
also this question isn’t solved or answered so umark it please!
