I am finding that when ready to book appts are being booked they are not being linked automatically with the date and therefore dissapearing from the ready to book. This results in the wrong next appts being booked or same appt being booked twice

You have to go to the appointments tab and click the “unbooked appointments“(it’s tiny) you then have to click each appointment and mark it ready to book, it will then appear on your drop down menu when you find a new appointment.
