There is no prompt support. Any issue with Dentally will take more then 1hr to get someone to help you. This is delaying the workflow in the practice. There is no agent that can call you, they always send you the the chat where the AI gives the instructions on how to fix something but no really answering to the questions and helping with what you need. The support after the onboarding is only once a week.

 

Really disappointed with the experience we have so far with Dentally.
