Has anyone else had an issue with the Bot closing a conversation with one of the help desk team without the person actually answering the question or is it just me?

Hi ​@Lesley Morgan-Barlow, thank you for alerting us to this. Our apologies that your conversation with our support team was closed prematurely, this definitely shouldn't happen!

We have looked into this and identified a rare set of circumstances where Ellie would think a chat is inactive and can be closed, the good news is that we have fixed this so it won't happen again!
