It would be really useful on for example notes to have the date it was last editied/posted be an actual date rather than ‘yesterday’ or ‘21 days ago’ or '4 months ago’
Or for example when looking at appointment history you know when you click on the little clock to see when and how appointments have been edited a date and time would be really helpful again rather than the vague ‘edited a month ago’

I’ve also suggested this a few times - it’s not just notes, it’s everything in Dentally (when a payment was taken, sms/email sent etc). There is no upside whatsoever in having reference to “how long ago” a time stamp happened. It should only show the date and time and from that we should be able to work out exactly how long ago something was done. It’s just creating more work to do have work out something or search for the answer.

However it is true that there are some dates and times which are relative regardless of this setting. In most cases this is intentional. However if you can provide any specific examples of ones you feel should be exact rather than relative, I can raise them as a feature request. (
