Confirmation of all of the patient appointmentS instead of only the upcoming one

Thanks for the feedback. Just to make sure I understand correctly, are you looking to:

• Send confirmation messages for all upcoming appointments a patient has booked (not just the next one), or
• Include multiple future appointments within a single confirmation message?

Hi! thanks for your reply. It would be very helpful if when right clicking on the patient’s appointment to send email and sms the patient will receive ALL the upcoming appointments and not just the first coming up if it makes sense. Yes, i agree this would be a good idea, perhaps a data tag that could pull information of ALL active future appointments seperating them with a comma, and for the best service, it would be interesting if we could also include the type of appointment it is so it can return something like “Examination - XX/XX/XXXX at XX:XX, Scale + Polish YY/YY/YYYY at YY:YY”, maybe not this solution specifically but a way to list all future appointments for a patient would be great service at the click of a button.

This works on appts on the same day but not spread over multiple days but yes a “digital” appt card style text would be good
