Looking for a feature that would allow us to put little notes off the side of an invoice where we could write why we gave a patient an adjustment, etc. It wouldn’t need to appear on the invoice it would be more so for the team to see and reference if we are wondering something specific about a bill/claim.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. While you can edit or add notes to the invoice footnote/payment terms, this does appear on the printed invoice. I have made sure to pass this on to the product team and I will update this thread with any changes.
