I find it so hard to process refunds and clear off bad debt. I follow the support instructions but sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't! there needs to be a much easier way to do it. Instead of having to put invoices on and take payments and add notes maybe just a ‘Refund’ button which automatically takes the money off the account. Same for correcting patient debt, it feels like its such a long process just to do a simple task :(

I’ve also complained about this before. Doing a refund should be the most basic of tasks. Dentally are aware of this but it has not been a priority for them rather bizarrely. Having to create fake zero value invoices to allocate that against a refund or treatment plan should not be the way to process a refund.
Unfortunately I end up having to call the support line to get them to do this financial gymnastics to refund a payment.
