Better GP17 part 2 for Scotland

The system does not allow for GP17 part 2 to be signed when a treatment plan is finished on the tablets. It makes users in Scotland a high risk for having claims rejected which could massively impact on earnings. This should be addressed as an immediate issue please. 

Other systems flag when a plan is finishing and prompts for a second signature.

Thank you for raising this and for sharing details about other systems that actively prompt for the second signature when a plan is finishing.

I’ve escalated this to the relevant team so it can be reviewed as soon as possible. In the meantime, I’d strongly recommend raising this with our support team as well (if you haven’t already), so they can look at your specific workflow and confirm any interim steps needed to make sure Part 2 signatures are being captured correctly.

Hi Saymon, thank you, hopefully this will be resolved promptly as I see other users have identified issues relating to how the system works for Scottish practices and it feels as though it’s been a bit overlooked. We were given a “roundabout way” of adding GP17 Part 2 when we done our training but it’s not a great workflow. 

You may also want to take into account that the buttons on the bottom right of the chart page should really be in order to avoid confusion as on this system you need to charge, claim then complete plan.
