It would be great to be able to easily view the history of a cancelled appt that isn’t on the scheduler. At the moment, you can only see the history of an appt from the scheduler section.

We have had it where a member of the reception team accidentally deletes an appointment from the calendar view and if they didn’t catch the name, you can’t see what was just cancelled. At the moment, you are only able to audit patient records, but admins should be able to audit all actions taken by staff to quickly ascertain what they have done and how to undo it; perhaps in a chronological format. This audit feature shouldn’t be limited to just the calendar but all actions with the ability to filter by dentally user and many of the fields you can filter in the patient record.
