Can the “appointment status” be moved next to the “when” column.

Also from this screen, if you pick an appointment to send an SMS reminder, go to edit, if they have an earlier appointment than the one you are sending the SMS for, it comes up with that earlier date, can this be rectified please?

Hi @Fiona soprano ! Thanks for your post. Please could you share more information about why you would like the “appointment status” to be moved next to the “when” column?

Also I am unable to replicate the SMS reminder issue - when I am in the “appointments” tab for a patient, and send an SMS reminder via the “edit” icon, the SMS template only shows me the date of the appointment I chose, regardless of whether an earlier one exists. Please can you share how you got the error above as it sounds like a bug and then we will fix it.

The issue in the appointments tab (booked appointments) is still current on mine. If a pt has say 3 appts, and you go to send an SMS from this screen, it still comes up with the earliest appt date. Not sure how this has happened, but has been like this since we first started using dentally.

Also in this screen, it would be a lot easier to see cancelled, pending completed appts if the status was next to the actual appt date, not right over the other side.

Thank you

Kind regards

Fiona
