Appointment printing

Our appointments used to print out on portrait orientation, with practice name and appointments included. Over the last couple of days, it has changed to landscape, and the appointments only are in the top left corner, with no practice detail's showing. Can you please help with this?

This usually happens if the appointment printing settings or print preview options have changed. You can navigate to Settings → Diary → Appointments → Appointment Printing and have a look to make sure your text/data tags (including practice details) are still set up correctly.

Also, when printing, check the print preview settings and switch the orientation back to portrait (sometimes this defaults to landscape under “More settings”). Finally, it’s worth checking paper size and scale in the browser print dialog as that might be another reason
