Appointment book and refunds

Question

We have moved from exact to dentally and we are finding it quite clunky.

I wondered if anyone had found an easier way to view the appointment book, In exact you could open it and see gaps no problem. In dentally we are having to scroll through the days or use the search which isn't exactly ideal and its just all quite a faff.

Or an easier way to process refunds - Having to release deposits and put it on as a negative payment or invoice. It just very long winded. Thanks

Hi ​@JadeM- there is an easier way to see gaps! You can use the short notice filler, which will display every empty slot in your calendar within the next 5 working days. You can also use the appointment finder to identify empty slots further in the future - select a date and any other filters, and it’ll display availability.Regarding refunds, we are aware of the issue and the need for a more streamlined refund workflow, this is on the team’s radar, and I’ll be sure to add your feedback to the feature request!
