Some people do not have the ability to complete/update the medical form on their own devices at the time of their appointment. it would be really useful if there could be a system similar to when we used Exact, where we could click to send to clinipad and they could fill it in on our device and sign it as well.

Hello! If you pair an Apple or Android tablet in Concierge mode and hand it to the patient with a same-day appointment, they should be able to sign in, complete any outstanding medical history and sign. While there is not an EXACT-style button to push the form to the tablet, I have passed this feedback on to the product team and will share any updates to this here.

But if a patient has not registered with the portal, or has no email/mobile phone number then this won’t work. The only way we have managed it is by opening dentally on the tablet and getting up the tab with their medical information. This then means we don’t want to send them to the waiting room to fill it in as they could go off that page and view details of other patients.
