Adding a Duration filter to Appointment reports would make it easier to identify appointments above a specified length.
This would be particularly useful for Dental Therapists who perform both Exams and Hygiene appointments.
If a Hygiene appointment is mistakenly booked as an Exam, it could trigger incorrect recall automation. By filtering for appointments in the report with a minimum duration (e.g. a typical Hygiene appointment duration), users could quickly identify and correct these booking errors before they affect patient recalls.
