We recently Migrated and with that our plan types migrated. During this though some additional plan types were created where dentally had picked up plan and payor types from our old system or old inactive plan types were bought over.
We are now multisite with 3/5 sites live so far.
We now have over 30 Inactive plan types, which will likely end up being 40-50 with our next two sites going live and no option to delete them entirely.
So now when i’m using reporting filter funtions I now have a huge list of inactive plans on there.
If this could be added as a function or at least for Dentally support to be able to delete payment plan types 😊
