is there a toggle/ message/ pre made message we could send automatically for patients to leave us a review after their appointment?

Absolutely! You can auto-send a friendly review request after appointments 👌

Here’s how (it takes 2 minutes!):

  • Go to Settings → Automation → + New Rule → Type = Appointment. Pick your timing (e.g. 1 day after the appointment). 

  • Add a Condition to exclude Cancelled so no one with a cancelled slot gets the message. You can also filter by Site or Reason if you want. 

  • Under Message, choose your SMS and/or Email template (order can be “Email then SMS”, “SMS then Email”, or “All”). 

  • Templates live in Settings → Templates (Level 4 access). If it’s marketing-type content (review links usually are), flip the Marketing toggle so we respect opt-in and add the unsubscribe for you. 

Keep in mind that automations don’t send retrospectively, so last-minute bookings after your trigger point won’t “catch up.” If you share where you collect reviews (Google etc.), I can tailor some templates for you. 😊
