We do already offer the ability to send digital medical history questionnaires to patients via a link (both with Portal and without Portal), which sounds like what you’re wanting to achieve? So hopefully that answers your question!

Thank you for your reply! I was talking more about pre appointment questionnaires for new patients, referral patients, smile questionnaires etc as a separate option to send via the portal! Thank you!

I see thank you, so you’re looking for the option to have more other forms digitised, beyond medical history? No problem, I will ensure this feature request is passed onto the product team!
