Can an option on the medical history have “prefer not to say” as an answer instead of just yes or no. We have had a few instances with some elderly patients who prefer not to disclose information to some of the questions and get quite offended when we explain it has to be answered. We cannot move on to the next question or same the medical history if they do answer something.
+4Hello Jay, thank you for your feedback - I will pass this on to the product team. For now, as a workaround I would suggest either removing or rewording questions in Settings > Treatment Plans or selecting Yes and recording that they would prefer not to answer in the follow-up box provided. I will make sure to update the therad here with any developments on this.
