Online booking for outstanding treatment

I have seen similar requests in the Community before, particularly from practices in Canada and practices coming from SOE Exact wanting to follow up outstanding treatment and let patients self-book the exact appointment they need.

I’ve checked in with the product team on this. There aren’t immediate plans to support booking outstanding treatment directly via Online Booking in the current version. The work happening now on improving our online booking is focused on laying the groundwork for more flexible booking flows in the future, rather than adding this specific use case straight away.

That said, the feedback from practices like yours is noted, and it’s exactly the kind of use case the online booking improvement foundations are meant to enable longer term. I’ll keep the thread updated if this changes or if we start actively exploring this again.
